Job Description

ERM Energetics Australia is seeking a Graduate Climate and Energy Consultant to aid in Australia's clean energy transition. Responsibilities include analyzing climate risks, assisting clients with funding for energy projects, and developing renewable energy business cases. Your role

Responsibilities
• Providing analysis and advice on business risks under different climate change scenarios and recommending adaptation strategies.
• Supporting clients in accessing funding for energy reduction projects, including government funding and incentive schemes.
• Assisting with energy procurement and carbon strategies, including power purchase agreements.
• Conducting site assessments and developing business cases for renewable energy and energy efficiency projects.
• Assisting clients with inventory development and reporting requirements under relevant environmental regulations.

About you

Qualifications
• Tertiary education in engineering, environmental science, data science, economics, or a related degree.
• Recent graduate status or up to 2 years of experience.
• Ability to handle multiple project assignments and meet strict deadlines.
• Proficiency in multi-tasking, flexibility, and working independently.
• Enthusiasm, agility, and innovation.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Dependability, integrity, respect, and a strong client focus.
