Job Description

TasNetworks is seeking a Governance Partner in Hobart, TAS, Australia, offering a salary starting from $117,700 per annum. The role focuses on enhancing governance practices, supporting executives in risk management, and fostering collaboration for effective service delivery. About The Role

Band 5 - base salary from $117,700 per annum (plus super) - total package to be negotiated with preferred candidate based on skills and experience

Our Governance Partner role reflects our focus of a customer-centric service delivery model, in supporting Executives and Senior Leaders to identify, exercise and uphold their governance accountabilities through planned, targeted and measured collaboration.

In this role, you will actively partner with Leaders to understand their unique operational context, and together, identify how they can add value to the business and Tasmanian electricity customers through leveraging their governance responsibilities. You will provide trusted advice and coaching to use processes, tools and systems to establish effective controls and assurance, and integrate and operationalise risk management and compliance obligations.

This role is all about influence and impact, driving continuous improvement and making governance practical, accessible and achievable.

To excel in this role you will bring a solid understanding of contemporary governance and assurance practices, along with a drive to create meaningful change. Your experience supporting diverse stakeholder groups in complex operational settings affirms your ability to build trusted business relationships and deliver value.
