How you will contribute:
Lead Projects: Oversee planning and execution of utility-scale solar, wind, hybrid, and BESS projects.
Manage Contractors: Ensure efficient collaboration with contractors and vendors.
Align Teams: Closely work with cross-functional teams to meet project requirements and timelines.
Track Progress: Monitor project activities, provide strategic analysis, and recommend improvements.
Promote Best Practices: Implement quality management and SOPs to optimize outcomes.
Motivate Team: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team.
Engage Stakeholders: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure Compliance: Champion safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
Advanced PM Skills: Utilize advanced project management skills for execution.
Report Progress: Present comprehensive updates to executive management.

Ideal Skills for this role include:
Experience: 15-20 years in project management, especially in renewable energy.
Leadership: Managed teams of 10+ members
Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
Regulatory Knowledge: Familiar with CTU compliances and requirements.
Project Management: Successfully led complex projects over 300 MW.
Sector Preference: Must have experience in Solar. Wind sector experience is preferred.
Skills: Proficiency in project management tools and excellent leadership and communication abilities.,
