Job Description:

Global Strategic & Sustainable Investments (GSSI) is Bank of Americas central equity investment platform and is responsible for deploying and managing capital in equity investments that align with the banks strategic priorities and sustainability is comprised of over 30 investment professionals managing a global portfolio of 300 investments (primarily direct stakes in companies and limited partner interests in private funds).

The Business Support role offers a unique opportunity to provide operational support for all areas of the organization while deepening knowledge on the investment portfolio and processes of making managing and exiting investments. The role will handle routine deliverables and other diverse functions which requires a thorough knowledge of GSSIs functional operations. The ideal candidate would be highly organized detail-oriented and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. The candidate should be comfortable working in a team setting as well as producing independent work product and completing assignments within deadlines.

The Business Support Associate candidate will be based in Charlotte.

Business Support Associate Job Responsibilities
• Supports communication coordination and connectivity across the team
• Partners with leadership team on a full range of engagements including process improvement and project initiatives management reporting and executive presentations
• Develop and maintain process documentation including control objectives to support various initiatives
• Create and produce accurate efficient well-controlled reporting to provide governance oversight and business support
• Maintain a robust organized repository of key reference documents
• Hold others accountable for deadlines being tenacious and results driven
• Assists with ad-hoc request such as data analysis business continuity communication and personnel processes

Requirements / Qualifications:
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in business support
• Project Management experience in current or previous role
• Demonstrated ability to interact with senior and executive level leaders
• Ability to demonstrate structured thought process strategic thinking and creativity
• A strong commitment to attention-to-detail accuracy and quality control
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and Word
• Knowledge of various bank reporting systems (ORCIT POP) a plus
