This permanent, full-time role involves managing compensation cycles, benchmarking, job architecture, and global benefits. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in international reward strategy, exceptional communication skills, and a data-driven mindset. The position requires collaboration with senior executives and supporting local HR teams.

Key Responsibilities
Anthesis Group are looking for a Global Head of Reward to manage the global reward offering, reporting to the Global Head of People and being supported by a Compensation Analyst.
The role is charged with the full remit of strategic reward design and operational delivery for:
• The annual compensation cycle from Executive level down
• Compensation Benchmarking
• Executive / Country Benchmarking
• Survey participation and analysis
• Job architecture and global levelling
• Vendor management
• Fair pay governance
• LTIP/Share plan management
• Administration of the various equity awards
• Plan joiners and leavers
• Post-acquisition reward harmonisation (specifically in the UK)
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Global Benefits oversight and support for local P&D teams
• STIP design and implementation – specifically bonus and commission plans
• RemCo support including initial deck build quarterly
• Reward business partnering activity
• Global Mobility
• Ad hoc reward projects and analysis
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
The successful candidate will require the gravitas and experience to influence at the senior executive level of an international organisation, they will have a collaborative and result oriented approach looking develop the Reward knowledge and understanding of the broader HR function and the business. They will have had significant exposure to a variety of reward policies and processes in order to provide an informed and credible service to the organisation. This could have been earned in the Consultancy environment or in-house within similarly structured international and acquisitive environments. It is also essential that the candidate is prepared to assist with operational needs as required.
In addition to these foundations the Global Head of Reward will require:
• Exceptional communications skills across all levels of seniority within an organisation
• International reward strategy design and delivery experience
• A clear understanding of operating in a Private Equity backed environment
• Knowledge of PE backed equity scheme management including some tax and legal knowledge in that space
• A proven track record in project management for key reward initiatives
• A deeply analytical and data driven mind set, combined with the ability to succinctly provide Board level insights and communications
• The ideal candidate would have previous experience in a Reward or People Business Partnering role, with the skills to make sure that our Reward solutions are communicated in a business-focussed way

Anthesis Group has a significant number of global locations (Anthesis global locations) and is headquartered London. The Global People and Development Team are based in a variety of countries and this role is remote, based in Spain or South Africa, with the possibility of very occasional travel to London.
