Global Head - Climate Action Solutions

SAP is seeking a Global Head of Climate Action Solutions to lead sustainability initiatives from their Walldorf, Germany location. The role involves developing strategies for climate action, motivating teams, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate should have expertise in environmental sustainability and a proven leadership track record. The position is full-time with a salary range of €105,724–€118,250 annually.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a long-term global climate action solution strategy in line with SAP’s sustainability goals.

Lead and motivate a team to achieve the common goal of creating a more sustainable future.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of climate action solutions.

Analyze and monitor climate action initiatives, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Stay abreast of emerging climate-related trends and develop strategies to capitalize on them.

Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and other relevant organizations.

Ensure regulatory requirements and compliance are met.

Monitor the progress of the climate change initiatives and report back to stakeholders.

Offer creative solutions and innovative ideas to reduce carbon emissions and promote environmental sustainability.

Lead by example and serve as a role model for sustainability initiatives.
