Job Description
Boston Consulting Group is seeking a Global BST Executive Coach in Gurugram, India. The role involves providing individual and group coaching to senior leaders, enhancing leadership effectiveness and team performance. Responsibilities include designing workshops, driving strategic initiatives, and improving coaching frameworks. Candidates should possess strong coaching skills in complex environments, empathy, and the ability to innovate coaching methodologies. This position is not remote, as it is based in an office location.

The Global BST Coaching Center of Expertise is committed to developing our leaders and teams through high-quality coaching, team development, and strategic leadership programs. Our team brings together individual, group, and team coaching capabilities to drive impact across the organization.
What You’ll Do:
As an Executive Coach, you will provide individual executive coaching, group coaching, and leadership team coaching to support the professional growth and success of our senior leaders and teams. You will also play a strategic role in shaping the organization’s coaching strategy, ensuring it remains innovative and aligned with evolving business needs.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver one-on-one executive coaching to senior leaders, focusing on leadership effectiveness and organizational impact
• Facilitate group coaching programs for senior leaders, fostering peer learning and leadership development
• Conduct leadership team coaching, enhancing strategic alignment, team performance, and impact
• Design and facilitate workshops and learning experiences on topics related to teaming, leadership, and human performance
• Drive special projects and strategic initiatives to enhance business outcomes and strengthen employee value proposition (EVP) elements, aligning coaching efforts with organizational priorities
• Stay informed on best practices, industry trends, and business needs to effectively partner with the Coaching CoE leader and team members to drive organizational impact
• Identify emerging leadership challenges and propose innovative coaching solutions to address them
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of coaching frameworks, methodologies, and program offerings

• Facilitating engaging, high impact workshops, and leadership team interventions
• Slowing down and focusing in a fast-paced, high-pressured environment
• Demonstrating a strong growth mindset, embracing continuous learning, feedback, and adaptability to effectively support evolving leadership needs and organizational challenges
What You'll Bring
• 10+ years of direct senior leadership experience in a complex, global business environment – preferably professional services
• 5+ years of executive-level coaching including a minimum of ICF PCC certification or equivalent governing body
• Experience in group and team coaching at the leadership level, with certifications or training in relevant methodologies
• Strong facilitation skills and expertise in leadership development, team dynamics, and high-performance coaching
• Commitment to ongoing professional development, including coach supervision and continuous learning in the field of coaching and related fields
• Substantive global experience, a willingness to regularly working across time-zones, and the flexibility to deal with a diverse set of clients, advisors, and colleagues around the globe
• Ability and willingness to travel when needed
