Global Battery Systems Coordinator

Pixii AS is seeking a Global Battery Systems Coordinator in Brisbane, Australia. This full-time role focuses on enhancing customer satisfaction, inspecting systems, commissioning customer systems, and collaborating with teams to improve support processes. Responsibilities

1. Securing market-leading customer satisfaction through excellent handling of our customers
2. Inspecting end-of-line systems to ensure consistent system delivery
3. Proactively performing commissioning of the customer's systems and reactively responding to any questions or inquiries customers might have through our ticketing tool(s)
4. Collaborating closely with the Customer Success and R&D teams to suggest effective processes for handling commissioning and support inquiries
5. Contributing to long-term strategies for a more efficient Support & Commissioning Organization through right tools, processes, and resources
