This role involves managing the Housekeeping department in a 125-bed facility, overseeing 5 managers and 40 staff. Sodexo is seeking a Environmental Service Director, (General Manager 3) for New England Baptist, located in Boston, Massachusetts. This position will manage the Housekeeping department in a 125 bed acute care facilities.This position will manage 5 managers. Manage the Environmental staff in a 125 bed facility. There are 40 client paid hourly non - union staff. This is a Day shift position, with some weekends and holidays. This positions report directly to a Multi - Service General Manager.

What You'll Do
The successful candidate will:
• be responsible for driving client and patient satisfaction scores;
• provide a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors and staff and works closely with the Infectious Control department;
• partner with the Environment of Care Committee, Infection Prevention Director and other key members of hospital leadership;
• effectively manages the Unit Operating System; and/or
• support a diverse and inclusive workforce..

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
