General Cleaners Needed- 1st Shift

Clean-Tech Company is seeking General Cleaners for the 1st shift (4am-5pm, Mon-Fri) in Ste. Genevieve, MO, at $15.00/hr. Responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, floors, and windows, as well as maintaining outdoor areas and tracking supplies. The role requires physical activity and may involve weekend work. Candidates will undergo a background check. Clean-Tech has over 50 years of experience in custodial services.

Will have to work some weekends as there are projects that come up.

Summary/Objective

The custodian maintains a clean working environment for all staff and Visitors, ensuring all areas are safe.

Essential Functions

1. Cleans and sanitizes bathrooms.
2. Cleans, mops, washes, buffs and vacuums floors.
3. Empties trash.
4. Maintains outside walk areas, including sweeping debris and washing Walkways.
5. Maintains landscape: waters, cuts, and trims shrubs and grass.
6. Cleans and polishes fixtures.
7. Removes recycling materials.
8. Tracks and orders maintenance supplies.
9. Cleans windows.
10. Dust and vacuums furniture.

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear.
