Duties and Responsibilities:
- The position entails the provision of coordination in the implementation of gender justice change objective for the Oxfam international Joint Country Analysis and Strategy (JCAS); consistent with Oxfam International program policies, processes and standards.
- The position also include performing quality, efficient and hands-on program development, capacity enhancement, networking and effective communication with partners and stakeholders and facilitation of tracking change/ impact, learning and documentation.
