Fulfillment Coordinator

Regal Rexnord is hiring a Fulfillment Coordinator in La Vergne, TN, responsible for processing shipments and coordinating with logistics teams. Scope of Role

The Fulfillment Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of shipments, working closely with logistics and export teams to maintain efficiency. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency.

Role Responsibilities
• Release all parcel and LTL shipments from batch release based on priority of shipment.
• Coordinate with the routing team via the Logistics Dashboard to ensure all FTLs are staged on time and paperwork is completed.
• Schedule the pickup of scheduled LTL shipments, including Trane and Grainger orders, for travel.
• Track and ensure a 98% success rate in meeting the Request Kept metric (shipped by the delivery date).
• Coordinate with the export team on paperwork for weekly international FTL and LTL shipments.

Minimum Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous dispatch experience.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Highly detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in shipment processing.
• Analytics-driven mindset, able to track and improve shipment metrics.
• Ability to work collaboratively with logistics and export teams.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with logistics dashboards and shipping processes.
