Role and Responsibilities

Operate heavy-duty waste collection trucks with front, side, rear, or roll-off loading systemsCollect and transport waste and recyclable materials to disposal or recycling facilitiesComplete required documentation following pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspectionsNavigate residential, commercial, and industrial routes, including tight and congested areasPerform safe driving practices, including proper backing and maneuvering techniquesEnsure all containers are emptied and customer locations are left clean and orderlyReport service issues, safety concerns, or route disruptions to managementFollow OSHA, DOT, and company safety regulations at all timesAttend required training sessions, safety meetings, and briefingsSupport route efficiency and assist team operations as neededRequired Skills and Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of CDL driving experience or equivalent military driving experienceValid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License with air brake endorsementAbility to read, write, and communicate effectively in EnglishMust be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United StatesAbility to perform physical tasks including lifting, pushing, pulling, and extended standingStrong commitment to safety and compliance with regulationsAbility to work in residential, commercial, and industrial environmentsPreferred Qualifications
