Summary: The Foundations Access Scope Manager is responsible for overseeing the technical coordination and implementation of access system solutions within the foundation package of offshore wind projects. This role serves as the subject matter expert for lifting solutions from vessels to foundations and wind turbines, ensuring seamless integration, risk mitigation, and compliance with technical requirements. The ideal candidate will have an engineering background with at least five years of experience in access systems, managing interfaces between internal stakeholders, suppliers, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:
• Subject Matter Expert (SME) of the access system solution within the foundation package, namely the lifting solution from the vessel to the foundation/wind turbine
• Responsibility for the technical interface and commissioning of the access system towards foundation scope
• Drive development of technical concepts for access systems with key internal and external stakeholders
• Risk mitigation in dialogue with supplier(s) and internal stakeholders within the asset project
• Delivery and review of relevant product related documentation, including as-build documentation and service & maintenance instructions
• Maintenance of solid technical knowledge within the area
• Sharing and implementation of learnings between Projects

Tasks:
• Handle communication internally between Client departments and external communication with the access system supplier
• Follow up, review and file documentation of the access system solution for design, manufacturing, assembly, testing, manuals, training and service & maintenance
• Recommend product quality control activities incl. FAIs, FATs and SATs
• Participate in development projects to ensure improvement of our solutions
• Support Operations within claims, retrofits and service if necessary
• Follow-up on technical issues and non-conformities during design, development, engineering, production, installation, and operation
• Ensure technical clarifications and communication with contractor during tenders, contract negotiations and project execution of matters within scope
• Ensure risk- and interface documents are maintained during projects
• Recommend corrective and preventive actions to product quality issues

Qualification / Requirements:
• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Engineering or similar background with theoretical and minimum 2 years practical knowledge on design and manufacturing of relevant systems
• Recommended 5 years of practical and theoretical experience within access systems, preferably within the foundation / wind turbine industry
