Job Description
Rehlko is seeking a Financial Systems Manager for a hybrid role based in Glendale or Kohler, WI. The manager will oversee financial systems, ensuring data integrity and system optimization while collaborating with IT and finance teams. Responsibilities include maintaining systems, managing upgrades, providing training, and leading implementation projects. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree, 5+ years of ERP experience, and strong analytical skills. Salary ranges from $107,650 to $137,150.

Location: Hybrid (2-3 days a week in office): Glendale, WI or Kohler, WI.
The Financial Systems Manager will act as the financial systems administrator who oversees the maintenance, security, utilization, and continuous improvement of Rehlko's financial systems, ensuring they align with business needs by managing system upgrades, data integrity, and user access while collaborating with IT and finance teams to optimize financial processes and reporting capabilities.
Specific Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update financial systems, troubleshoot issues, and identify areas for improvement in processes and systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to understand needs, design solutions, and communicate findings.
• Periodically update and manage system upgrades, ensuring compatibility with other software applications.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the financial systems, including data cleansing, validation, and reporting.
• Provide training to end-users on financial system functionalities, troubleshooting issues, and addressing user concerns.
• Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and optimize system usage for efficiency.
• Act as AVM administrator to monitor Segregation of Duties across systems.
• Implement and maintain security controls to protect sensitive financial data, ensuring adherence to relevant regulations and compliance standards.
• Lead system implementation projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and manage timelines and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain financial reports, analyzing data to identify trends and insights, and providing information to key stakeholders.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Financial systems or related field of study is required
• 5+ years of work experience in managing ERP systems in large or mid-size organizations, with preferred experience in SAP and OneStream.
• Experience with OneStream implementation is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
• Project management skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Technical knowledge of system integrations and interfaces
The Salary range for this position is $107,650.00-$137,150.00.The specific Salary rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location.
