• Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Investment Associate to join our team in Italy. As an Investment Associate, you will work closely with our investment managers to identify and evaluate project opportunities in the wind and solar sector. Your primary focus will be on Italy, but you will also be expected to support other European markets as needed.
• Responsibilities*
- Define business cases and set up financial models for various offtake alternatives
- Support the development team in modeling different project development scenarios (i.e., different revenue streams, PPAs, storage, layouts)
- Analyze, structure, and prepare documentation for the origination and execution of projects, pipelines, and M&A deals (both buy- and sell-side)
- Work closely with project teams to ensure that all project-related assumptions are correctly reflected in the model and business case
- Provide market-wide analyses to develop market intelligence
- Liaise with financial investors active in the renewable energy space
- Some travel may be required
