Financial Analyst for Renewable Energy

About the Role

The Accounting Analyst will play a critical role in our finance team, assisting with the preparation of our financial statements and providing insights into our company's performance.

Responsibilities will include:
• Preparing the Clearway (CEG) enterprise model for distribution to external shareholders on a monthly basis
• Processing SAP in-house cash activities monthly, ensuring accurate and timely preparation of monthly wires, recording journal entries, resolving outstanding/unmatched items promptly, and preparing invoices to external parties
• In support of the CWEN corporate accounting team, performing miscellaneous accounting functions necessary to achieve an accurate and timely general ledger month-end close
• Responsible for compliance with Sarbanes Oxley internal controls, process flow, supporting documentation, risk assessments, and monthly/quarterly certifications
