Crews and Associates is seeking a Financial Advisor for their Little Rock, AR headquarters. The Role:

We are seeking a driven, entrepreneurial Financial Advisor to join our Little Rock headquarters. In this role, you won't just manage portfolios—you will build a business. You will act as a fiduciary for your clients, leveraging our premier bond desk and extensive research capabilities to help Arkansas families and institutions achieve their financial milestones.

Job Location Key Responsibilities:
• Relationship Management: Proactively identify and acquire new clients while maintaining deep, long-term relationships with existing ones.
• Strategic Planning: Develop personalized financial plans encompassing retirement, estate planning, tax strategies, and risk management.
• Portfolio Construction: Utilize Crews’ industry-leading fixed-income resources and equity platforms to build diversified, goal-oriented portfolios.
• Market Analysis: Stay current on market trends and regulatory changes to provide timely, informed advice.
• Community Presence: Represent Crews & Associates at local events and professional networking functions in the Greater Little Rock area.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Licensing

Active Series 7 and Series 66 (or 63/65) licenses required.

Experience

3+ years of experience in financial services or business development preferred.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.

Certifications

CFP®, ChFC®, or CIMA® designations are highly preferred.

Skills

Exceptional verbal communication, a "self-starter" mindset, and high ethical standards.
