Role Overview

· We are seeking professionals to prepare investment-grade funding architecture reports, capital mobilization strategies, and investor-ready documents for infrastructure projects. The role demands strong finance, structuring, and fundraising documentation expertise.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop funding architecture papers, investment memorandums, and financial structuring reports.

· Research and structure PPP, SPV, debt-equity, green bonds, and ESG-linked financing models.

· Draft documents tailored for DFIs, sovereign funds, private equity, and institutional investors.

· Prepare risk/return models, financial projections, and investor pitch reports.

Ideal Background

· 3 Plus yrs in project finance, infra advisory, or investment banking.

· Experience with Big 4, DFIs, sovereign funds, or private equity firms.

· Strong financial modeling and capital structuring knowledge.

· Proven track record of producing board-level and investor-ready reports.

· AI tools experience preferred (financial modeling automation, research assistants, data visualization).
