Within our Industrial & Waste Services division we provide total waste management business solutions to our customers including industrial cleaning services such as non-destructive digging, concrete demolition, high pressure water blasting, vacuum loading, shutdown services, pipe, drain and tank cleaning, emergency spills response and CCTV.

The Opportunity

Based at the Worsley Alumina plant near Collie, the purpose of the Finance Administration Officer is to contribute to the achievement of business goals and objectives via the provision of high-quality admin support within designated timeframes whilst ensuring compliance with company requirements.
• Payroll processing in Kronos for approximately 100 site-based Operators
• Invoicing
• Raising purchase orders and credit notes
• Checking and closing work orders
• Generate and creating reports
• Providing administration support

About You

You will ideally be a self-motivated Finance Administrator, who can thrive in an autonomous role.
• Proven experience as an office administrator
• Experience in Coupa, JDE or Kronos software would be advantageous
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Intermediate to advanced Excel skills)
• Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
• High attention to detail
• Teamwork – work across multiple departments and build relationships.
• Quick learner and ability to learn and retain information
