Key Responsibilities
• Perform on-site maintenance and repair of commercial and industrial properties.
• Troubleshoot issues related to plumbing, electrical, general repairs, and equipment maintenance.
• Provide excellent customer service while working independently at client locations.
• Document all work performed and communicate with the home office and team leads.
• Maintain and organize tools, equipment, and company-provided tech.
• Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards.
• Participate in ongoing training and development.

Qualifications
• Prior experience in commercial or industrial maintenance is preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to provide your own basic hand tools
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to company processes and procedures.

Schedule
• Full-time, Monday through Friday. Occasional weekend or emergency work may be required based on client needs.

Work Location:
