What You’ll Be Doing
• Lead Field Operations: Oversee HVAC service projects from installation to warranty support and preventative maintenance.
• Manage & Mentor: Guide a team of technicians, parts specialists, and support staff, fostering growth and excellence.
• Enhance Performance: Develop maintenance programs, monitor service metrics, and implement improvements.
• Be the Expert: Collaborate with clients to troubleshoot and deliver tailored technical solutions.

Your Background & Skills
• Proven experience managing field service teams in HVAC or a technical service environment.
• Strong grasp of warranty services, parts logistics, and customer support.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with HVAC systems, including building automation and safety standards.
• Project management and customer relationship expertise.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, HVAC Technology, or related field (preferred).
• Hands-on HVAC installation and maintenance experience is a plus.
