Position: Sales Representative/Project Manager (Roofing & Solar)
Location: Orlando, FL (Serving Winter Park, Kissimmee, Sanford, and surrounding areas)

Key Responsibilities:
Connect with homeowners across Orlando, Winter Park, Kissimmee, Sanford, and nearby communities to discuss roofing and solar solutions.
Generate your own leads through canvassing, networking, and referrals – your drive defines your success. Some company leads are given but self generation is a must!
Conduct roof inspections and identify opportunities for solar upgrades.
Present proposals, close deals, and manage client relationships.
Represent Green Coast Roofing & Solar with professionalism and integrity.

What We’re Looking For:
Self-Starter Attitude: Ability to generate leads and manage your schedule.
Reliable Transportation: Essential for reaching clients throughout the Orlando area.
Excellent Communication Skills: Build trust and close deals effectively.
Comfortable with Roof Inspections: We’ll train you; no prior experience required.
Sales Experience is a Plus: Roofing or solar background is even better.
