In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of our sales efforts, guiding and mentoring a group of dedicated sales representatives and appointment setters.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
• Recruit, train, and nurture a cheerful and high-energy sales team to hit and surpass our goals.
• Develop and implement creative sales strategies that help our team shine and connect with customers.
• Get out in the field with your team, providing hands-on coaching and support to uplift their performance.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to find exciting new opportunities for growth.
