Atlas is hiring a Field Operations Support Specialist (PQM Project Coordinator 1) in Idaho Falls, ID. Responsibilities include managing project documentation, supporting training schedules, tracking compliance, and assisting with dispatch calls. We are seeking a Field Operations Support Specialist (PQM Project Coordinator 1) to join our Idaho Falls, ID team! Come join us!
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Upload and manage technical reports and other project documentation
• Submit and track internal documentation required for regulatory or client reporting
• Maintain accurate and well-organized digital spreadsheet tracking systems
• Track and flag documentation issues for resolution
• Support project setup and closeout
• Help organize training schedules, quizzes, and onboarding records
• Maintain documentation to support internal audits and compliance reviews
• Maintain a training tracking system to monitor employee certification status
• Schedule certification classes for inspectors and field staff as needed
• Provide support for incoming dispatch calls and scheduling coordination
• Scheduling and dispatching software to support daily operations
• Submit and track expense reports
• Assist with the setup and tracking of company-issued devices
Minimum requirements:
• 5+ years administrative or operational support experience
• Strong multitasking and organization
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Professional communication skills - verbal and written
• Ability to work independently and shift priorities
• Familiarity with basic computer coding/formatting, such as modifying form templates or troubleshooting minor tech issues
Technical requirements:
• Experienced in Microsoft Power Automate and Microsoft Forms for streamlining workflows and data collection
• Exposure to scheduling or dispatch software
• Experience with report submittal, certification tracking, and digital document control
• Familiarity with digital file systems, client portals, or compliance documentation
Other miscellaneous qualities:
• Discretion with sensitive data
• Initiative to improve tracking or reporting systems
• Team-player attitude with strong follow-through
• Familiarity with engineering or construction environments
• Experience with estimating project pricing is preferred
• Experience in project-based environments such as engineering, construction, or technical services
