Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Crew Leader to oversee and coordinate projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of management, and the ability to effectively schedule and manage project timelines. As a Crew Leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities
• Lead and supervise a team of erosion workers to ensure high-quality work and adherence to project specifications.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety standards on-site to maintain a safe working environment.
• Ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining high morale and productivity.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the capability to troubleshoot issues on-site. Qualification
• Be able to ride a truck and trailer of 26ft or less.
• Silt Fence Experience
• Erosion Control Experience
• Hydroseeding Experience
• CDL ( needed but not required)
• Be able to pass a background test
• Be able to use a skid loader
