Job Overview:
RevoluSun is launching a targeted neighborhood outreach campaign for our Sun Saver Program, focused on helping homeowners maximize their solar investment through professional panel cleaning and maintenance services. We are looking for an energetic and personable Field Marketing Representative to be the face of our neighborhood blitz efforts—knocking on doors, engaging with homeowners, and filling up our cleaning teams’ schedules.
This role is fast-paced, highly dynamic, and results-driven, requiring strong communication skills, the ability to handle rejection, and a proactive approach to scheduling. You’ll be working closely with our internal scheduling team to coordinate appointments and ensure our cleaning crews stay fully booked.
Responsibilities:
• Be on the ground in targeted neighborhoods where our Sun Saver cleaning crews are actively working.
• Knock on doors, introduce homeowners to the Sun Saver Program, and explain our solar panel cleaning services.
• Ask homeowners if they received our mailers or email blasts and answer any questions about our maintenance division.
• Schedule next-day or upcoming appointments for panel cleanings, coordinating with our internal scheduler.
• Inform (never pressure) homeowners about our services—this is about education and convenience, not hard selling.
• Collect payments via online payment tools for scheduled services.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and trustworthy presence—you’re representing Hawaii’s most trusted solar company.
• Track outreach efforts, homeowner responses, and scheduled appointments in our CRM (training provided).
• Use Gmail, Google Calendar, and our CRM to log and coordinate appointments.
• Be adaptable and able to handle rejection while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
Requirements:
• Outgoing personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly dynamic and self-motivated—this role requires energy and persistence.
• Ability to coordinate scheduling in real-time with our internal team.
• Trustworthy and presentable—you’re the face of our neighborhood outreach.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and hitting daily/weekly appointment goals.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Drug test required as part of pre-employment screening.
• Experience with Gmail, Google Calendar, and basic CRM tools (training provided).
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, canvassing, or field marketing is a plus.
