Field Marketing Representative (Solar)

Sapio Technologies is expanding its solar sales team. The solar industry is in its infancy, but expanding rapidly. We are experiencing unparalleled growth and are seeking a Field Marketing Representative to set appointments with potential customers. Open to hiring entry-level candidates as training is provided and leadership opportunities are available!

Compensation and Perks
• $100,000 per year on target yearly earnings
• Commission only opportunities available
• Business owner opportunity

Responsibilities
• Door-to-door canvassing to introduce solar energy to homeowners
• Obtain contact details from potential leads for follow-up
• Convert leads to appointments
• Demonstrate a vast knowledge of solar energy upon successful completion of our training program
• Confidently answer questions and overturn objections
• Consistently meet daily and weekly targets for client information and appoin setting

You will be setting appointments for our experienced closers. As you learn, you will have the opportunity to become a closer. That way you can sell the appointments you set and earn both commissions.

Requirements
• Sales or customer experience preferred. Door-to-door experience is a bonus, but will train those eager to learn.
• Entrepreneurial mindset a must!
• Personal initiative, assertiveness, and attention to detail.
• Demonstrate flexibility, initiative, good judgment, critical thinking, and discretion.
• Self-motivated, self-disciplined, determined, and focused with a professional presence.
• Willingness to adapt to change efficiently.
