Field Director (Construction).

Brightview is seeking a Field Director for Construction in San Bernardino, CA. The role involves managing onsite supervisors, overseeing project execution, and liaising between clients and internal teams. Candidates should have over 5 years of leadership experience, knowledge of California labor laws, and strong communication skills. This full-time position offers a salary between $110,000 and $130,000, along with various benefits.
The Field Director will play a key role in managing and enhancing our company’s Operations and product delivery through management of the Onsite Field Supervisors. The director will oversee the field crew and liaise between internal stakeholders and clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading teams and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

●Direct project deliverables and execution onsite, responsible for executing build plan.

●Lead and manage team of 10-50 onsite supervisors and supplemental day labor

●Advance project schedules, and liaise job site needs and crew calls.

●Act as a liaison between client team(s) and internal stakeholders.

●Responsible for any required pre/ post show job site visits and for holding a management presence onsite, representing in all external meetings.

●Makes daily onsite reports of progress to present to stakeholders and clients if needed.

● Problem-solve challenges in the field, in real time.

●Oversee job site safety and compliance.

Qualifications:

●5+ years of team leadership experience.

●Strong knowledge of California labor laws and OSHA regulations.

●Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

●Ability to prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
