You will be part of a dynamic team of practical doers and visionary thinkers, working towards a future with zero carbon emissions for everyone.

Your Role:
• Track and analyze fiber supply for wood pellet production across Southern NA to support our facilities.
• Collaborate with the local Plant Manager and central Procurement team to achieve Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost targets.
• Plan and execute fiber purchases, guaranteeing alignment with business objectives.
• Utilize a data-driven mindset to develop and maintain an efficient, cost-effective fiber supply strategy.
• Ensure compliance with forest certification standards, leading both internal and external audits.
• Drive process improvements to enhance supplier management, inventory efficiency, and supply continuity.

Key Responsibilities:
• Actively promote a Safety First culture within the organization.
• Conduct regular fiber inventory counts and document findings.
• Perform audits of fiber sources.
• Maintain clear communication with fiber suppliers.
• Oversee and implement the fiber management plan.
• Contribute to fiber planning and budgeting efforts.
• Manage operations related to 3LOG/LIMS contracts, including resolving load disputes and reconciling fiber receipts.

Who You Are:
• Bachelor's degree in Forestry, natural resources, supply chain management, business, or a related field.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, with capabilities in PowerPoint and Word.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis tools is a plus.
• Experience with 3Log/Aldata, PowerBI, and GIS is advantageous.
• Excellent project and time management abilities.
• Demonstrates high personal integrity and professionalism.
