We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Fashion Supply Chain Coordinator to join our growing team in Montreal.
About the Role:

This role is responsible for overseeing the production process from sourcing raw materials to manufacturing and getting the finished product to market.

You will be working closely with the design team to lead color, fabric, and accessory approvals and coordinating sample submissions.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise and support the production team to achieve productivity and quality targets
• Manage relationships with vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and services
• Lead color, fabric, and accessory approvals as defined by design
• Coordinate sample submissions and follow up on quality assurance protocols
• Anticipate and resolve problems related to product development
About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
• A proactive attitude and strong problem-solving skills
• Experience in production management in retail/wholesale environment
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and washes
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
