Job Description / Responsibility
• Leading a workforce and overseeing operation of a knit garment’s factory;
• Planning, organizing, directing and running optimum day-to-day operations of the factory;
• Ensuring day-to-day production output, product quality and on-time shipment;
• Taking necessary steps to track and optimize productivity along with maintaining standard;
• Monitoring operations and triggering immediate corrective actions;
• Making strategic decision with necessary information and analysis related to capacity, product category and production performance Coordinate with IE department to ensure preparation with machine, attachment and manpower requirements based on production schedules.
• Follow up and make sure the availability of required machines, attachments and manpower on time as style feeding plan.
• Managing cost effectiveness and sustainable operations in the factory;
• Making sure that all the requirements of the buyers are met throughout the production chain;
• Ensuring that different operational reports have reached top management in time;
• Ensuring commitment to environment, health, safety and security inside the factory;
• Any other responsibilities as assigned by the management;

Educational Requirements
• Bachelor/Honors
• Bachelor of Science (BSc)
• Skills Required: knit, factory management, Factory operations

Experience Requirements
• At least 10 year(s)

Additional Requirements
