Facility & Sustainability Coordinator

Big Lots is hiring a Facility & Sustainability Coordinator in Westerville, OH. The role involves coordinating service requests, managing invoices and discrepancies, optimizing waste management, and providing administrative support for reporting and performance improvement. The position is full-time with a salary range of $38K–$50K annually. No specific degree is required. Big Lots is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
Assists in coordination of incoming service calls or service requests initiated by store personnel and route to appropriate provider. Provide administrative assistance to track and resolve: review of all invoice/expense details, assemble and process invoice copies for monthly processing, implement. Reviews and investigates all discrepancies for unresolved billing issues. Work with partners to establish a baseline and optimize trash hauling by assigning the proper size container and implement periodic right sizing service of containers. All based on waste volumes, stream changes and equipment or schedule changes.
Provides administrative support and prepares necessary reports from portal and service request software. Utilize the data to establish key performance indicators to implement improvements at store and provider level. Coordinate and facilitate proper interval of conference calls to maintain administration and optimization of services.
