Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing operations, maintaining safety standards, and supporting team development. This role requires excellent leadership skills, strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills, and the ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversight of day-to-day operations, management of priorities, and alignment with organizational goals
• Establishing team accountabilities and enhancing safety awareness
• Maintenance of procedures to ensure the site is adequately staffed with necessary skills to meet customer needs
• Identification and resolution of efficiency, quality, and safety issues

Requirements:
• 5+ years supervisory experience or education equivalence
• Excellent leadership skills including strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• The ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel
• Experience with JDE system a plus
• The ability to interact with and train a diverse group of personnel
• Ability to work cross functionally
