Expense Analyst

Fluence is seeking an Expense Analyst in Manila, Philippines. The role involves reviewing employee expense reports, resolving related issues, and preparing month-end reconciliations. Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and experience in expense processing or accounts payable. The position requires problem-solving skills and compliance with company policies. This is a full-time remote position.

Responsibilities
• Reviews expense reports filed by employees, guided by relevant company policies; ensures proper coding of expenses.
• Resolves expense-related issues by working collaboratively with Concur, IT, AP and other related parties; ensures timely disbursement of employee claims.
• Prepares month-end reconciliation and accrual related to credit card balances
• Provides relevant support related to credit card initiation, maintenance and termination What will our ideal candidate bring to Fluence?
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Business, Management, Accounting or other similar degrees
• Substantial work experience in expense processing and / or accounts payable; Concur know-how is a plus
• Problem-solver, quick-to-action and steadfast in ensuring compliance to process guidelines and corporate policy
