The institute of sustainable development is a local NGO established in 1996, with head office in Addis Ababa and branch office in Mekelle.
The other technical and all support staff Based in Addis Ababa.

Duties and Responsibilities
Under the guidance of the ISD management
- Managing receipt and delivering of incoming and outgoing correspondence and E-mail of the office;
- Ensures that the confidentiality of documents is kept and documents are properly handled;
- Compiles reports and other documents and binds them when requested;
- Arrange and confirm appointments
- Ensuring proper and organized filling system for ISD
- Perform general secretarial duties to include but not limited to photocopying ,faxing ,mailing and filling
- Provide effective administrative support service for smooth operation of the ISD office; as administration assistant.
