Job Description / Responsibility
• Ensure compliance of all Physical, Analytical and Microbiological Tests of RM, PM & FG with specification management.
• Develop, implement & coordinate FSSC 22000 requirements throughout the process. Ensure effective implementation of internal audit, self-inspection, change control, deviations, OOS, complaint management etc.
• Monitoring CAPA sustenance of internal audit, self-inspection, change control, OOS, deviation, complaints etc.
• Participating in gap analysis, risk assessment & management and document upgrading activities.
• Checking BMR, calculating & deviations, checking artwork Participate in team to conduct hygiene, 5S and safety audit in plant and premises.
• Participate & conduct validation & trial activities of process, packing and systems and completeness of protocol and final report.
• Ensure calibration of all equipment listed in the calibration master list .
• Ensure effective monitoring in process check and manufacturing activities, plant & personal hygiene, environmental monitoring, water quality and pest control.
• Ensure GMP, GLP, GHP & GDP compliance and ensuring its effectiveness.
• Support to arrange relevant training program for staff and workforce to ensure quality work environment in the organization.
• Effective co-operation with production, engineering, warehouse and HRD to solve quality issues.
• Prepare, review and implement of SOP. Other activities assigned by management.

Educational Requirements
• Master of Science (MSc)
• Master of Science (MSc) In Food Engineering, Food Science, Applied Chemistry, Chemistry, Microbiology or any other relevant subject with excellent track record.

Experience Requirements
• At least 5 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Quality Assurance/ Quality Control
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies, Food (Packaged)

Additional Requirements
• Lead Auditor/ Internal Auditor Course in FSSC/ ISO 22000
• Hard working and ability to work under pressure.
• Good Communication & strong interpersonal skills.
• Good analytical ability.
• Must have sound knowledge on computer operation.
