Save the Children Australia seeks an Executive Director of Fundraising & Partnerships to lead innovative fundraising efforts and build strategic partnerships. The role, based in any eastern Australian capital city, involves driving sustainable growth, enhancing supporter engagement, and representing the organization in emergencies. Save the Children Australia is on the hunt for a game-changing Executive Director of Fundraising & Strategic Partnerships - a leader who thrives on innovation, builds powerful partnerships, and ignites a culture of high performance . What you’ll own:
• Driving sustainable fundraising growth across multiple channels.
• Spearheading integrated strategies that enhance supporter engagement and drive revenue growth.
• Inspiring a high-performing, innovative culture that takes fundraising to the next level.
• Securing game-changing partnerships with corporate and philanthropic heavyweights.
• Representing Save the Children in emergency groups to raise awareness and funds for local and global disaster events and crises.
• Strengthening our brand and championing our advocacy goals.
• Expanding and evolving our retail business to amplify brand reach, engagement, and sustainable revenue streams
What we’re looking for:
You are a visionary leader with:
• Over 10 years of senior fundraising and revenue growth experience.
• Proven success in brand leadership, marketing strategy, and supporter engagement.
• A track record of leading large teams and creating thriving cultures.
• Skills in strategic thinking, storytelling, and delivering results.
• A flair for digital engagement and fundraising product innovation.
