Job Description
Remora is seeking an Executive Assistant in Wixom, MI, to support C-level executives with scheduling, communication, and project management. The role emphasizes a commitment to reducing emissions and racial justice, encouraging applicants from historically excluded communities. Responsibilities
• Scheduling internal and external meetings
• Managing calendars and time tracking
• Drafting emails, such as responses to customer and supplier questions
• Drafting messages, decks, and other internal communications
• Handling meeting notes and follow upsRequirements
• 4+ years of experience supporting C-level executives
