Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our growing Investment Team in all aspects of administrative management. This role will require a highly motivated individual with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. The ideal candidate will be a team player, detail-oriented, able to multitask effectively, and demonstrate excellent communication skills.
Essential Job Responsibilities
• Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for the investment team.
• Manage expenses and process reimbursements for team-related travel and activities.
• Organize and prepare agendas, presentations, and meeting materials for internal and external meetings. This includes proofreading and editing as needed.
• Organize and prioritize incoming tasks and requests to ensure timely and efficient execution.
• Take detailed meeting notes and ensure follow-up on action items and deliverables.
• Assist in maintaining the team's filing system, ensuring all important documents are easily accessible and organized.

• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good discretion, judgment, and tact; be an excellent ambassador to the public, external partners, and stakeholders
• Proactively anticipate needs and cultivate solutions
• An ability to "read the room" and deploy a specific verbal communication style as warranted (e.g., direct and brief for certain persons, social or thoughtful for other persons)
Required Qualifications and Competencies
• Bachelor's degree
• 2-4+ years of experience supporting an executive team, preferably in the finance, investment or banking industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
• Ability to prioritize and manage changing demands in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation and Benefits
• Estimated base salary, depending on experience: $100,000 - $125,000 per annum
• Role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus
