We’re looking for an experienced and strategic Events Manager to join a high-performing global team driving some of the most impactful events in the tech industry. This role sits at the heart of a fast-moving, innovative environment, where brand storytelling, audience engagement, and flawless execution are key.

You’ll play a pivotal role in leading the strategy, planning, and delivery of world-class events—both in-person and virtual—that connect audiences, elevate thought leadership, and bring product innovation to life.

What you’ll do:
• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of large-scale events across EMEA, including internal summits, partner conferences, and virtual experiences
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, comms, creative, product, and executive stakeholders
• Own vendor management, logistics, budgeting, production schedules, and contingency planning
• Develop compelling attendee journeys across digital and physical formats, ensuring seamless execution at every touchpoint
• Drive post-event analysis to measure impact and inform future strategies
• Stay ahead of event trends, platforms, and engagement technologies to push boundaries and enhance performance

What we’re looking for:
• Proven experience managing high-impact events at scale—ideally across both online and in-person formats
• A background working in high-growth, global tech companies or similarly fast-paced industries
• Exceptional project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities under tight deadlines
• Creative problem-solver with a strong eye for brand alignment and audience experience
• Highly collaborative, calm under pressure, and solutions-focused
