RIDE Mobility is seeking an Event Coordinator in Los Angeles, CA to plan and execute events that align with the company's sustainability goals. This full-time, on-site role involves managing logistics, budgeting, and collaboration with teams to enhance RIDE's presence in the electric vehicle market. Candidates should have a relevant degree and at least 3 years of event planning experience, along with a passion for sustainability and clean energy.

Based in Pasadena, CA, RIDE has positioned itself at the forefront of clean energy solutions, with a dynamic focus on reducing environmental impact through cutting-edge electric vehicle technology. The company prides itself on fostering an inclusive, supportive, and collaborative work environment, emphasizing diversity and equal opportunity in all aspects of employment. With a clear mission to revolutionize electric transportation, RIDE is dedicated to creating meaningful, environmentally-driven change in the automotive industry and beyond.
As an Event Coordinator at RIDE, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing impactful events that align with the company’s sustainability goals and innovative brand values. This full-time, on-site position based in Pasadena offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 to $75,000 annually. In your role, you will be responsible for orchestrating a wide variety of events including trade shows, product launches, customer meetings, industry conferences, and corporate functions. Your contribution will ensure these events not only run smoothly but also enhance RIDE’s presence and engagement within the electric vehicle market and the broader sustainability community.
Your responsibilities will include managing all phases of event planning from initial conception to final execution, handling logistics, budgeting, and vendor negotiations, and collaborating closely with internal cross-functional teams such as sales, engineering, and executive leadership. You will be expected to work in tandem with the marketing department to develop event promotion strategies that leverage digital marketing, email campaigns, and social media outreach to maximize visibility and attendee engagement.
The ideal candidate for this role is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in event management software and digital design tools. Additionally, a strong passion for sustainability and electric transportation is vital to reflect RIDE’s core values authentically at every event. This role requires frequent travel to various event sites across the region, including overnight stays and physical tasks such as setup, breakdown, and carrying equipment up to 50 pounds. While the position does not involve supervisory responsibilities, it demands a proactive attitude and the capability to multitask efficiently within a fast-paced environment.
This role provides an excellent opportunity to contribute directly to the clean energy movement by delivering memorable events that highlight RIDE's technological advancements and environmental stewardship. Joining RIDE means becoming part of a forward-thinking team that values innovation, community engagement, and sustainable business practices.
