Job Description

The Deep South Center for Environmental Justice is hiring an Evaluation Coordinator in New Orleans, LA. This role involves supporting program teams with evaluation plans, data collection, management, and analysis. The coordinator will work closely with the Director of Evaluation to present findings. The position requires creative evaluative thinking and a commitment to participatory evaluation.
Reporting to the Director of Evaluation and working cross-functionally, the Evaluation Coordinator will support program teams in developing and implementing program evaluation plans. They will play a key role in the identification and creation of data collection instruments as well as data management and analysis, and will support the Director of Evaluation in synthesizing and presenting evaluation results to internal and external audiences. DSCEJ is committed to participatory and utilization-focused evaluation, and the ideal candidate would be creative in their evaluative thinking and methodological approach.
