Wellness Origin Spa, Carmel's premier organic day spa and wellness center, is seeking a passionate and skilled licensed esthetician to join our team. Here, you'll have the opportunity to unleash your expertise in a variety of in-demand aesthetics services and help clients achieve their unique skincare goals.

Skills Desired:
• Performing transformative facial treatments like Custom Facials, Microdermabrasion, Hydrofacials, High Frequency Facials, Micro Needling Cosmetic Facial Treatments, Dermaplaning, Custom Enzyme Peels, Lipo Cavitation, RF treatments (Body/Face), Laser Tattoo Removal, Laser Hair Removal and IPL Photofacials. Experience in Body contouring techniques including cupping therapy is a plus.
• Offering targeted treatments to address specific concerns like acne, hyperpigmentation, and signs of aging.
• Providing soothing and relaxing facial enhancements like brow lamination and lash lifts.
• Enhancing the beauty of the brows and lashes through waxing and tinting services.
• Creating a warm and welcoming environment for our guests by assisting with front desk duties, scheduling appointments, and exceeding expectations with exceptional customer service.

To thrive in this role, you'll possess:
• A valid esthetician license in the state of Indiana.
• Experience in a variety of facial treatments including those listed above (We're open to discussing your skillset!).
• Solid understanding of skincare products and their applications.
• A passion for exceeding client expectations and delivering exceptional service.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean work environment.
• Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends.
• A positive attitude, a drive to succeed, and a desire to learn.
• A valid driver's license and the ability to pass a background check.
