ESG Senior Consultant - Strategy, Transformation & Reporting

Anthesis Group is hiring a Senior Consultant for their ESG and Reporting team in Manila, Philippines. The role involves guiding clients on sustainability journeys, conducting assessments, and ensuring compliance with global standards. Preferred skills include consulting fundamentals and experience with double materiality assessments. The position is hybrid, allowing partial remote work, and offers opportunities for international deployment.
We are seeking a Senior Consultant for our ESG and Reporting team in Manila focused on guiding clients on their voluntary and mandatory sustainability journeys. The scope here is diverse, ranging from ESG double materiality assessments, to human rights due diligence, to sustainability strategies, to helping entities comply with different global standards e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD, IR, IFRS, ASRS, CSRD, ESRS. Preferred skills sought are consulting fundamentals and the ability to conduct gap assessments against these global standards, familiarity with double materiality assessments and stakeholder engagements.

This role is based in the Philippines and can be partially hybrid (working from home a few days / week).
