Erosion & Sediment Control Inspector

Erosion Control Central is seeking an Erosion & Sediment Control Inspector for construction sites in Edmonton, AB. The role involves conducting weekly site inspections, documenting findings, and attending meetings. Candidates should be detail-oriented, organized, and have a clean driving record with at least 3 years of experience. This is a full-time, seasonal position with a pay range of $21.00-$25.00 per hour, requiring reliable commuting to the job site.
Erosion Control Central Ltd. is currently looking for an erosion and sediment control inspector for our Calgary construction sites to join our team. We are looking for someone who is able to work alone, passionate about the environment, dedicated to protecting it and loves the outdoors. The ability to use all word programs, as well as a clean drivers abstract with 3 years driving experience.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Weekly site inspections in numerous areas in Edmonton and surrounding communities
- Documentation of inspection using “Word”
- Attend pre-construction/construction meetings

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- Detail orientated and organized
- Erosion and sediment control knowledge/experience preferred but not necessary
- Clean drivers abstract, with 3 years minimum driving experience
- WHMIS Ticket
- First-Aid Ticket
- Some residential construction background preferred
- Reliable
- Safety background preferred
- Independent and able to work alone
- Steel toed boots/own PPE
