SOLV Energy is a dynamic company specializing in engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) services for utility-scale solar projects. Our team of experts works closely with clients to deliver high-quality projects that meet their needs and exceed their expectations.

We are seeking an experienced EPC Project Manager to join our team and lead our utility-scale solar projects from conception to completion. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

The EPC Project Manager will be responsible for:
• Developing and implementing project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects
• Managing risks and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements
• Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, including owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
• Ensuring timely and accurate reporting to management

Responsibilities

The EPC Project Manager will be responsible for the following tasks:
• Project planning and budgeting
• Scheduling and risk management
• Quality control and assurance
• Communication and stakeholder management
• Reporting and documentation

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
• A bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field
• At least 5-8 years of experience in EPC project management, preferably in the utility-scale solar industry
• Proven leadership and technical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel extensively and work in remote locations
