Your Responsibilities as a Remediation Environmental Technician:

· Collect soil, surface water, groundwater, soil vapor, and indoor air samples

· Routine operation and maintenance of remediation systems

· Use and maintain field monitoring equipment

· Gather and enter data collected into excel spreadsheets

· Draft template reports

· Conduct stormwater inspections

· Support Phase I ESA site inspections

· Actively develop your own professional growth

· Actively participate in a culture of safe work practices

What we're looking for:

· GED or High School Diploma

· Pursuing or achievement of a degree in Geology, Hydrogeology, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field

· 0-3 years of experience with environmental field sampling and data collection

· Ability to lift 50 pounds.

· Ability to work outside year-round.

· The ability to multi-task and manage your own schedule

· Valid driver's license, good driving history, and access to reliable transportation are required.

· Knowledge of Microsoft Office products

· Experience with data management and report preparation

· Safety minded

· Experience with safety programs and safe work practices

· Ability to travel to remote project sites

· OSHA 40-Hour HAZWOPER certification preferred
