Environmental Technician

ACL Digital is hiring an Environmental Technician for a short-term contract in Santa Monica, CA. The role involves environmental monitoring in cleanrooms, microbiological assays, data entry, and lab maintenance. Responsibilities include managing out-of-specification results and coordinating waste management. No specific degree is required for this position.
Job Title: Lab Tech - I (Short Term Contract)

Location: Santa Monica, CA(Fully Onsite Role)

Description:

Perform environmental monitoring of cleanrooms including surface, viable air, non-viable air, and personnel monitoring (including gowning in clean rooms grade A, B,C and D, or ISO 5, ISO 7, ISO 8.).

Collect water samples to ensure all sample collected per schedule and tested on time

Perform and review microbiological assays such as Gram Stain, Endotoxin, Sterility, Microbial Identification, Growth Promotion, Bioburden and Plate Reading

Data entry and data trend as needed.

Assist in investigations regarding out of specifications (OOS) results, address and manage deviations related to micro procedures.

Routine maintenance of lab equipment and lab spaces

Review and approve final product release test results

Coordinates waste management, LEAN and 5S efforts as required.

Additional duties as assigned.

These duties can be delegated to designated deputies of a satisfactory qualification level as needed.
