The Water Stewardship program at Meta aims to enable the company to operate and grow sustainably and responsibly. This program is focused on restoring more water than Meta's operations consume and upholding the human rights, safety, and well-being of workers in our manufacturing supply chain. The Sustainability Program Manager, Water Stewardship will play a critical role in driving this initiative forward.
• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Develop and implement strategies to improve the Water Stewardship program's management system.
• Manage program impact and key performance indicators, ensuring alignment with established business priorities.
• Lead data and analytics efforts for the program, providing insights to inform decision-making.
• Communicate program achievements and progress to internal stakeholders through engaging presentations.
• Contribute to the development of the Water Stewardship program strategy and its implementation.
• Maintain collaborative relationships with cross-functional partners, including Policy, Environmental, and Water teams.
• Engage with external stakeholders to advance water conservation initiatives.
• Travel (20%): Participate in meetings and conferences related to water stewardship and sustainability.
